Start with one recurring problem.

A focused project can help you decide what to change, measure whether a change is working, or put it into daily use. Each one stands on its own, and you don't need to choose before we talk.

Know what to fix first.

A recurring problem is slowing the work, but the reason or the best next step is unclear.

What we do
Walk through real examples with the people involved: the steps, the information, the decisions and the exceptions. Then check what people say against what the examples show.
You leave with
A picture of how the work really moves, checked with the people doing it, the evidence behind it, and a recommendation for what to do next.
Your part
Real examples, time with the people doing the work, and someone who can approve the next step.

Check whether changes are helping.

You want to know where things stand now, or whether a change is actually helping.

What we do
Pick a few measures tied to what you want to know. Define what counts, how to collect it and when to review it. Where your records allow, set a starting point to compare against.
You leave with
A short list of measures, a simple way to collect them, and a review routine your team can run.
Your part
Help finding the information you already have, and the people who will collect and review it.

Put an improvement into practice.

You know what needs to change and want help putting it into daily use.

What we do
Design, build or set up the agreed change, test it on everyday cases and unusual ones, and help your team get started.
You leave with
The working change, instructions and training, a summary of what testing showed, and a named owner after handoff.
Your part
A person responsible for the change, access to the work, and team time for testing and using it.

What we agree up front.

No paid work starts until you accept a written proposal.

Before paid work begins, you get a written proposal: the question, the scope, what you receive, who does what, timing and a fixed fee. It also says how we will agree the work is done and what support is included.

I do the investigation, design, setup, testing and training in the proposal. Your team keeps running the business day to day.

The right tool might be a checklist, a spreadsheet or software you already use. Custom software and ongoing support are included only if we agree on them up front.

Before we begin.

Common questions about cost, tools and what happens after.

How much does a project cost?

Every project has a fixed fee, based on its scope. The first conversation is free. If it is a good fit, I send a proposal with the outcome, what you receive, timing, your team's role and the fee. You decide before any paid work begins.

How do you use AI?

I use software and AI where they help organize information and prepare working materials. I review the evidence and make the recommendations. Before you share any documents, we agree on which tools are used and how your information is handled.

What happens after handoff?

We agree in advance who will run and maintain the change. Your proposal says what support is included and when it ends. Further changes or ongoing support can be set up as a separate project.

What would you like to improve?

Tell me what is going on. We start with a short, free conversation about whether a project would help.
