Practical experience. A wider view.
I'm John Cruz. My background spans patient care, leadership, medical-device sales and operations. Moving between those roles taught me how differently the same problem can look to the people involved.
I started Cruz Frameworks to help small service businesses see how their work fits together and make useful changes. You work with me directly on whatever we agree to take on.
Improvements that fit how your business actually runs.
A problem looks different to the person doing the work, the manager coordinating it and the owner deciding what changes. I bring all three views to the conversation.
We look at a real example together: where work waits, where information gets lost, and which decisions keep coming back to you. My experience shapes the questions I bring. Your team brings knowledge of the business. Together, we decide what to change and how to check whether it helps.
Working together.
A project can help you understand a recurring problem, measure whether a change is working, or put an agreed change into daily use. Before paid work begins, we agree on what you receive, who does what, timing, the fee and any support. After handoff, your team runs it.
Why Cruz Frameworks?
A framework helps us decide what to pay attention to and what questions to ask. Its value depends on how well it helps us understand the work in front of us.
What would you like to improve?
If something in the business is getting harder to coordinate, start there. The first conversation is free.
